Ingredients

  • 250 gr Swordfish
  • 7-8 Baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of Sweet paprika
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Recipe

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • Pour the marinade over the fish and set it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the potatoes in half and place them on a baking tray.
  • Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the potatoes for approximately 20 minutes or until they are tender. 
  • In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat.
  • When the oil is hot, lay the swordfish in the skillet, and cook until it is brown on both sides about 2 minutes per side. 
  • Your delicious swordfish is ready. Serve with the baked potatoes. Enjoy!
